EGOterra Junior works with teenagers aged 13–18 and young people between 18 and 25 years at the moments that matter most: when identity is forming, pressure is rising, and the decisions feel bigger than the person making them.

We don’t deliver lectures. We create experiences through LEGO®, coaching, simulations and real conversation where young people discover who they are before the world tells them who to be.

Because skills that are built from the inside out don’t disappear when professions change.

What we work on together

We work on the relationship between a young person and their own confidence:

• how they make decisions under pressure
• how they communicate what they actually think
• how they understand themselves well enough to choose a direction that fits.

For those navigating the space between parent and child, we create room for a different kind of conversation – one that moves beyond conflict and toward genuine understanding.

Our signature program: SELF START — Start From Within

Six sessions. One honest journey inward.

SELF START is not a career test. It is a structured process of self-discovery, covering values, interests, strengths, and the kind of future worth building. Young people leave not with a list of job titles, but with a map of themselves.
