EGOterra Business – Companies, Teams, Leaders

Our diagnostics process uncovers the true cultural ecosystem of your organization. Through surveys, interviews, observation, and facilitated conversations, we reveal the underlying beliefs, behaviors, and unwritten rules that shape how your teams operate every day.

We partner with small teams, startups, and mid-sized organizations — and beyond. For us, scale is secondary. What matters most is a genuine readiness for conscious, measurable change.

Depending on scope, the transformation journey typically spans 6 to 12 months. We offer both targeted, single-session interventions for specific challenges and full-scale transformation programs.

Greater clarity. Stronger communication. A renewed sense of belonging. Reduced friction. And a more aligned, cohesive way of working – day in, day out.

EGOterra Junior – Young People, Parents, Schools

We work with young people aged 13 to 18. Our approach adapts to each student’s age, level of self-awareness, and individual needs.

We create an atmosphere of trust and psychological safety, using guided questions, visual tools, and interactive methods. The goal: meaningful self-discovery, clarity of interests, and exploration of future pathways.

In individual sessions, we begin with the teenager. Afterward, we invite the parent for a structured debrief. We also offer family sessions designed to enhance communication and re-establish a healthy, open dialogue between parent and child.

Self Start consists of six structured sessions covering: self-awareness, values, interests, career fields, and informed decision-making. We integrate LEGO® modeling, real-world case examples, and experiential activities to drive genuine insight and actionable readiness.
